PURCHASE AND USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Belle Secrets, and according to any and all specifications and directions of the manufacturer.
Belle Secrets sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Belle Secrets, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.
FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BELLE SECRETS FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, BELLE SECRETS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods and services you receive from Belle Secrets. However, in the unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are demonstrably not true to description or faulty, we will accept the goods for return and refund your money without hesitation.
Please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose you intend as we are not obliged to accept goods for refund if you simply change your mind about a product. We will endeavour to reach an amicable solution in such situations and at our discretion, we may replace any goods accepted for credit or refund the applicable purchase cost.
We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.
Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.
Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at sales@bellesecret.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PRICING
All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.
If you are interested in pricing for larger volumes than those listed on the site, please contact us for a competitive quote.
DISCOUNT
Only one discount coupon may be applied per transaction, you cannot combine multiple discount coupons together on one order.
This includes the redemption of Belle Points rewards. As these are issued as coupon codes, they cannot be combined with any other discount coupon.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By accepting our terms of trade you agree to receive occasional email communications from us, you can opt-out of this at any time by selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of an email.
SHIPPING
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events, or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues.
Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.
- All orders are sent major via national courier companies and require a signature as proof of delivery. If you require a non-signature delivery or have additional delivery instructions, please indicate this in the message box on the Checkout Form.
- Please provide your physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO boxes
- In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 2 working days from dispatch to North Island addresses and 2-3 working days for South Island addresses. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events, and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.
- Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will do our best to get your parcel but if this is not possible through our standard delivery channels we will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
- Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.
RURAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take two to three days longer as rural deliveries are handled by a third party.
Due to the nature of this network consignments to rural locations may be left without signature or proof of delivery.
As such, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been delivered to rural addresses, we will however do our best to work towards a mutually acceptable outcome in the unexpected situation where an order does go missing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY CHARGES
- For orders under $175 a shipping charge of $7.95 will apply.
- Orders over $175 will be sent freight-free Nationwide.
- Additional charges will apply for special delivery requests such as Saturday delivery or urgent delivery
- You must spend over $175 to get free shipping, if a discount or Belle Points spend brings your order total below $175, a shipping charge will still apply.
However, if a dangerous goods item is shipped, a dangerous goods delivery surcharge will still be applied even if the freight-free spend threshold is reached.
CLICK & COLLECT
Customers are also welcome to collect orders from our warehouse, click here for a map of our location.
If you wish to collect your order, simply select CLICK & COLLECT as the delivery option in the cart when placing your order. Your order will be ready for collection the following business day.
You will be notified by email or text message when your order is available for collection, please do not come to collect your order until you have received this notification as it is unfair to other customers who may have placed an order ahead of you.
Orders that are ready for collection can be picked up from the warehouse anytime during opening hours.
Adding to an existing order
If you want to add a product to an order you have already placed select 'Add to existing order' as your delivery option at checkout and you will not be charged additional freight. Make sure you enter the order number for the original order into the order notes in your shopping cart. You can also contact us by email or phone to arrange this.
Please note, that you cannot add to an order if it has already been packed or dispatched. If your order has been processed, you will be contacted to pay any applicable shipping charges for the second order.
